Thank you for your interest in the Mentorship Program. The Program consists of a four-month semester, and there are two per year. The next semester will begin on January 1st.

To participate, the Program requires that you be a dues-paying member of the HWA and have a polished piece of work (a completed short story, chapters of a novel or novella, or at least 3 poems) ready to submit to your mentor at the beginning of the semester.

If you will be ready and want to be included in the next semester, please answer the questions below.

***Please note that this is not confirmation that you will have a mentor next semester. Some semesters we have more mentors than others; in the past, there have been some occasions where we simply don’t have enough mentors for mentees, despite our best efforts to match everyone. If that happens, your name will go to the top of the list for the following semester.**
